Augmented Reality Media Depicting the Components of Medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Abstract

Learning about Medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential for ensuring safety and reducing the risk of infection among healthcare personnel during clinical practice. Therefore, this study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR) media to enhance understanding of the components and proper use of PPE with greater clarity. The aims of this research were to develop Augmented Reality Media Depicting the Components of Medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and to evaluate the Augmented Reality media by experts. The research instruments comprised Augmented Reality Media Depicting the Components of Medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the quality assessment questionnaire. The research sample consisted of five computer graphics instructors selected through purposive sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the assessment of overall quality was at a high level (x ̅=4.05,S.D.=0.67 และ x ̅=4.13,S.D.=0.69 ).
