Abstract: This research aims to develop and evaluate the efficiency of a Smart Dormitory Parcel Management System designed to address issues such as manual recording errors, delayed notifications, and unclaimed parcels. The system was developed using AppSheet, a low-code platform, with Google Sheets as the database provider. Additionally, Google Apps Script was integrated with the LINE Messaging API to send automated notifications in "Flex Message" format to residents. The methodology included system analysis, database configuration, implementing "Data Slicing" to distinguish between "Pending" and "Received" statuses, and functional testing through simulated scenarios. The results indicated that the system could accurately and rapidly record data, capture parcel photos, and send notifications via the LINE application. The Data Slicing technique enabled real-time status updates, significantly reducing administrative workload. Satisfaction evaluation from 30 users showed that both dormitory administrators and residents reported a "Very Good" level of satisfaction. Notably, the speed of notification received the highest score, confirming that the system effectively enhances parcel management efficiency and upgrades services for the digital era at a low development cost.
