Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the e-learning lessons in Computing Science Subject of Grade 7 students, 2) to evaluate the quality of the e-learning lessons, 3) to find the effectiveness of e-learning lessons using the think-pair-share cooperative learning techniques, 4) to compare the learning achievement of the students before and after learning with e-learning lessons using the think-pair-share cooperative learning techniques, and 5) to find the satisfaction of students towards the e-learning lessons using the think-pair-share cooperative learning techniques. The target group used in this research was 26 grade 7 students at Wangtan Witthaya School, selected by the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were the lesson plans, the e-learning lessons, the assessment form of the content, the assessment form of the techniques and methodology, the learning achievement tests, and the student satisfaction. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and dependent t–test. The research findings showed that 1) the e-learning lessons included 3 units; variable and basic data type, iterative work, and working with alternatives, 2) the opinion of the content experts and the technique and methodology experts on e-learning lessons were at the highest level, 3) the effectiveness of the e-learning lessons using the think-pair-share cooperative learning techniques was 1.36, which met the criteria defined by Meguigans, 4) the students who studied with the e-learning lessons using the think-pair-share cooperative learning techniques had post-test scores higher than pre-test scores at .05 significance level, and 5) students' satisfaction with was at a high level.
