Abstract: This study is a quasi-experimental research aiming to 1) develop an online lesson integrated with think-pair-share teaching method on digital technology and embedded systems for grade 5 students at Watbanluang School, 2) compare pre- and post-test scores on online lessons integrated with think-pair-share teaching method, and 3) study student satisfaction with the online lesson integrated with think-pair-share teaching method. The sample consisted of 30 fifth-grade students from Watbanluang School, selected using simple random sampling. The research instruments included lesson plans, online lessons integrated with think-pair-share teaching method, an achievement test, and a student satisfaction questionnaire. Statistical analyses included mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results showed that 1) the online lesson integrated with think-pair-share teaching method on the topic of digital technology and embedded systems consisted of three lessons: Chapter 1 Basic Computer Knowledge; Chapter 2 Digital Design and Technology; and Chapter 3 Microcomputers and Embedded Systems. The developed online lessons integrated with think-pair-share teaching method demonstrated the highest level of content quality (x ̅ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.22) and technical quality (x ̅ = 4.71, S.D. = 0.21). 2) the post-test scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores at the .05 statistical significance level, and 3) students' overall satisfaction towards online lesson integrated with think-pair-share teaching method was highest level ( x ̅ = 4.62, S.D. = 0.45)
