Public Opinion on the Service Provision of Ban Tok Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study the level of public opinion regarding the services provided by the Ban Tok Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Phetchabun Province, and to explore problems and suggestions from the public concerning those services. The study employed a quantitative research methodology, with data collected from a sample of 382 individuals. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the overall level of public opinion was high across all four aspects: social and educational services, infrastructure, service delivery by officials, and public facilities. Among these, the aspect of social and educational services received the highest average score. Suggestions from the public included the need for serious implementation of village development plans and the provision of sufficient public services to meet the needs of the population.
