Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the online multimedia on Scratch Program for Grade 7 students, 2) to evaluate the quality of the online multimedia, 3) to find the effectiveness of the online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management, 4) to compare the learning achievement of the students before and after learning with online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management, and 5) to find the satisfaction of students on the online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management. The sample group used in this research was 32 grade 7 students at Tessaban 4 School (Chaowanapreechauthit), derived by cluster sampling. The instruments used in this research were the online multimedia, the assessment form of the content, the assessment form of the techniques and methodology, the learning achievement test, and the assessment form of student satisfaction. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and dependent t–test. The research findings showed that 1) the online multimedia included 3 units; get to know the Scratch Program, iterative work and variable, and working with alternatives, 2) the opinion of the content experts and the technique and methodology experts on the online multimedia were at the highest level, 3) the effectiveness of the online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management was 1.74, which met the criteria defined by Meguigans, 4) the students who studied with the online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management had post-test scores higher than pre-test scores at .05 significance level, and 5) students' satisfaction with the online multimedia with inquiry-based learning management was at the highest level. |
