dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research are 1. To study the satisfaction of the company's internal public relations media. SEWT Kanchanaburi Company Limited 2. To study the use of internal public relations media by employees of SEWT Kanchanaburi Company Limited and3. To study guidelines for developing internal employee public relations media. SEWT Kanchanaburi Company Limited is a quantitative research company. Using a method to collect data from a sample of 30 people, a questionnaire tool was used. The results of the research found that 1) Satisfaction with the internal public relations media of employees of SEWT Kanchanaburi Company Limited was in the highest criteria (x̅= 4.7), arranged from highest to lowest as follows: use of light, color, and sound techniques. in video media very well Continuing with the matter of being modern. Makes video media not boring (x̅= 4.7). Video media captures content details very well (x̅= 4.7). Watching video media shortens the time spent studying through text. or person can be communicated (x̅= 4.7) respectively 2) Utilization of internal public relations media by company employees SEWT Kanchanaburi is at the highest level (x̅=4.6), arranged from highest to lowest as follows. Video media can be a medium for communication and understanding with employees (x̅= 4.7). Using video media to train both former and former employees. and new employees (x̅= 4.7) Using video media helps save time from reading manuals (x̅= 4.7) and 3) Guidelines for developing internal public relations media for employees of SEWT Kanchanaburi Company Limited, consisting of audiovisual presentations. Illustrations must be sharp, beautiful, and well conveyed. As for the sound, including background music, voiceovers, and interview sounds, they must be clear, and adding presentation techniques will make the clip more interesting. Use infographic media Graphics that can convey meaning and are easy to understand Come join in for easy understanding. Presentation in the form of a video blog or vlog. that has been thought through How to tell a story The sequencing and editing are as good as writing a diary.
