Abstract: | Research on the influence of personnel core competencies and recognition of organizational support that affects the effectiveness of employees' work performance a Case study: the Social Security Office Nakhon Pathom Province and Sam Phran Branch. The objective of this study is to 1. To examine the influence of the level of core competencies of personnel on the work effectiveness of employees at the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and Sam Phran branch. 2. To investigate the influence of perceived organizational support on the work effectiveness of employees at the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and Sam Phran branch. The population used in this research is employees of the Social Security Office, Nakhon Pathom Province. and Sam Phran Branch, 82 people. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, and arithmetic mean. standard deviation and multiple regression analysis from the research, it was found that 1. Overall, personnel core competency factors are at a high level. and the influence of personnel core competency factors that affect work effectiveness, namely achievement focus. Good service and adhering to correctness and righteousness. The equation has a predictive power of 87.50%. The equation can be written as follows: Ytot = -0.67- 0.26X1**+0.34X2**+ 0.08X3+0.75X4**+0.25X5 2. The overall organizational support perception factor is at a high level. and the influence of factors regarding perceived organizational support that affects work effectiveness, including Compensation and welfare Psycho-emotional support, and supporting factors in operations Equations have predictive power. 95.70 percent, the equation can be written as follows: Ytot = -1.65 + 0.35X6**+0.16X7 -0.19X8 +0.41X9** +0.64X10** |
