Abstract: This research aims to 1) develop an application to recommend bakery shops in the Chatuchak area and 2) evaluate satisfaction with the bakery recommendation application. The study involved a sample group of 128 people interested in bakery food and 10 bakery shop owners, totaling 138 people, selected using the random sampling method. The tools used in this research consisted of 1) a semi-structured interview form and 2) a satisfaction assessment form regarding the use of the application. The researcher analyzed and designed the system using context diagrams and data flow diagrams. A data relationship diagram was also used. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were utilized for coding the data display pages, while PHP was employed for managing database connections. Visual Studio Code was used to edit the code. To create a questionnaire, confidence was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The confidence values for all three aspects of the questionnaire ranged from 0.80 to 0.87. Data analysis was conducted using the mean (𝑥̅) and standard deviation (S.D.) statistics. The results of the research found that 1) the development of an application to recommend bakery shops in the Chatuchak area included the development of six subsystems. a user membership system, a user rights verification system, a bakery search system, a bakery information management system for items nearing expiration, a notification system, and a review system; and 2) the evaluation of satisfaction with the application found that the overall satisfaction was at a high level (𝑥̅= 4.48, S.D. = 0.35).
