Abstract: The purpose of this research is 1. to study the problem Obstacles and supply chain of broiler farm business in Kanchanaburi Province 2. To analyze the activity-based cost of the broiler farm supply chain in Kanchanaburi Province and 3. To further study the guidelines for supply chain management of the broiler farm business in Kanchanaburi Province. The combined method research was used by quantitative research using questionnaires and qualitative interview research. Using a random sampling method, there were 7 cases in Kanchanaburi Province, 4 middlemen and 19 consumers. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Sciences) and Microsoft Excel to analyze descriptive statistical data. Qualitative research. The research tools were interview forms for 7 farmers in Kanchanaburi Province, 4 middlemen and 19 consumers. Supply Chain Management of Broiler Farm Business in Kanchanaburi Province In upstream activities, problems with the stench of chicken manure and raising chickens in hot climates were found. In the middle of the water, there was a problem with the hidden cost of transportation of middlemen and downstream. No problems were found. Based on the cost analysis of the broiler farm supply chain in Kanchanaburi Province. It was found that the upstream cost accounted for 95.86 percent of the mid-stream cost representing 4.11 percent downstream costs Accounting for 0.02 percent of the total cost and using the SCOR Model Level 1 in the development of broiler farm business supply chains in Kanchanaburi Province, namely 1. The producer part, including planning, procurement, production and delivery activities 2. The part of the middleman includes planning, procurement and delivery activities.
