Abstract: The outcome-based education of Thai program in Bachelor level which mainly focus on students’ learning outcome, the Thai program graduates’ learning outcome or competency should base on the information from the analysis of input factor affecting to profession role and conform to the National Higher Education Plan for change. The objective of this article was to present the Outcome-based education: OBE of the Bachelor of Education in Thai program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University which mainly about its meaning, basic concept, and aspect to revise the Bachelor of Education in Thai Program. The final learning outcome of teaching and learning should affect to Thai teaching competency that is the graduates achieve expecting learning outcome set in the curriculum including being omniscient and understanding in Thai subjects and related. In addition, they should have the related sciences with advanced thinking skills, expected profession competency, morality and ethics, personal interaction skill, communication skill, and professional, and 2 1st century skills by teaching and learning method must be consistent with the measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes that have been planned and designed in advance. The timing of achieving results should be established and learning at each level.
