dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of morale in operations in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 epidemic among non-commissioned officers of the Engineer Department. Panurangsi Camp (2) to study personal factors affecting work morale in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 epidemic among non-commissioned officers of the Engineer Department Panurangsi Camp Ratchaburi Province using a mixed research model The sample is Non-commissioned officers Engineer Department Panurangsi Camp Ratchaburi Province, totaling 861 officers were obtained by determining the sample size using the ready-made tables of Craigie and Morgan The sample group was 269 officers, and the sample group was selected according to the proportional criterion. and simple random sampling Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-test and F-test hypothesis testing Conclusion The results of this research revealed that (1) the level of morale in performing tasks in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2 0 1 9 epidemic among non-commissioned officers of the Engineer Department; Panurangsi Camp Ratchaburi Province (2) The relationship between personal factors affecting the morale and morale of personnel in the performance study only non-commissioned officers Engineer Department Panurangsi Camp Ratchaburi province with age, educational qualifications Marital status and income had no effect on morale levels. The results of the analysis can be found that Age sample educational qualifications marital status and different income not in accordance with the assumptions set and the gender, residence, and traveling to work of non-commissioned officers.
