dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to 1) study the level of operational efficiency and 2) study and compare factors affecting operational efficiency classified by individual factors. The samples used in the study were 161 military officers under the 51st Engineer Battalion, Burachat Camp, Muang District, Ratchaburi Province. Tools used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, comparison of sample means (t-test), one-way analysis of variance and F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The results of the study were as follows: 1) the researcher found that Under the 51st Engineer Battalion, Burachat Camp, Muang District, Ratchaburi Province, as a whole, was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the time aspect. 2) Comparative analysis results of factors affecting operational efficiency level Classified by individual factors, revealed that military officers with different ages and monthly incomes under the 51st Engineer Battalion, Burachat Camp, Muang District, Ratchaburi Province had a statistically significant difference in operational efficiency at the .05 level. Education level, rank level and service life are different. There was no difference in performance level.en_US
