Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study 1) public relations context of public relations offices, Suphanburi Province. 2) Using public relations media of the Public Relations Office, Suphan Buri Province and and 3) public relations strategy in Facebook fan page of the public relations office, Suphanburi Province. The researcher has conducted qualitative research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews. structured with a sample of 4 people, namely public relations in Suphanburi Province, public relations professionals, public relations officers and audio-visual scholars and analyzed the data by data display data attenuation, formed the conclusions. The research findings were as follows: 1) the public relations context of the public relations office Suphanburi Province is a government agency in the region. There is a mission according to the ministerial regulations to divide the public relations department and social responsibility as the main by disseminating information through the media of the Department of Public Relations and networks for the public to gain knowledge, understanding, and to be able to use the information for the improvement of the quality of life. 2) Using public relations media of the public relations office Suphanburi Province Public relations materials are on the Facebook fan page, infographic media. It is a media that receives great attention. It is the introduction of information or knowledge to be summarized as information in the form of data and graphics with line drawings, the symbols designed as still images or moving images, easy to see and understand in a quick and clear time. The capable communicates to the audience to understand the meaning of all information with a variety of data or information which communicates the short stories and images that look interesting. The other result is a better perception of information to the audience because people like and remember pictures more than reading. As a result, the use of media in the form of infographics can be used to indicate information. As a result, such media received the most attention from the public. and 3) public relations strategy via Facebook fan page of the public relations office, Suphanburi Province. The media used for dissemination are diverse including the radio, the television, the events and social media by making content stand out and use short text concisely. The designs are colorful and eyecatching and always captivating.
