dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were 1. to develop a video clip conveying the making of tamarind paste 2. to study the satisfaction with the developed video clip of the tamarind producer group villagers. The population are villagers in village No. 1, Ban Bo Pho, Bo Pho Sub-district, Nakhon Thai District, Phitsanulok Province Key informants are: thirty-six members of the group of tamarind producers collected data by means of interviews, conversations and questionnaires. The results were evaluated using percentages, means and standard deviations. There is important information as follows: 1) details of materials used to make tamarind paste, 2) illustrations of each step of tamarind paste production, and 3) details of the calculation of cost of sales. The video clip contains easy-to-understand images and audio descriptions, video clips, no longer than 1 minute in length, and members of the tamarind producers group were satisfied with the video clip at the highest level with an average of 4.53 and a standard deviation of 0.34.en_US
