Abstract: The purposes of the research were 1) to develop mobile applications with cooperative learning in basic c programming language for grade 12 student of Princess Sirindhorn College, 2) to evaluate the quality of mobile applications with cooperative learning in basic c programming language for grade 12 student of Princess Sirindhorn College. The sample group used in this research was 3 experts in content and 3 experts in mobile application development technique using purposive sampling method for grade 12 student of Princess Sirindhorn College. The research tools include 1) mobile applications with cooperative learning in basic c programming language, 2) content evaluation form and mobile application development technique quality evaluation form. The result of the research were as follows; 1) the mobile applications consisted of 3 units, 2) the content quality was at a good level (𝑥̅ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.36) and the mobile applications development technique quality was at a good level (𝑥̅ = 4.44, S.D. = 0.29).
