Abstract: This survey aimed to study impacted of the covid-19 virus spread, prevention behavior to covid- 19 and factors related to the behavior among population age 18-60 years old in Maeka sub-district, Muang district, Phayao province. The sample of 374, calculated based on Krejcie and Morgan, was accidental sampling. Data collected by questionnaires approved by three experts and test reliability as 0.93 was analyzed by descriptive statistics, I.e. percentage, mean and standard deviation and reference statistics as Chi Square test and Fisher’s Exact test. The results found that most of sample were female 68.3% , age 18-30 years old as 93.9% , Buddhism 91.7%, single 92.3%, finished bachelor degree 93.3%, most of them was students 82.9% and high knowledge about Covid-19 52.8%. The impact of Covid-19 virus spread on stress, food consumption, exercise, studying, working, transportation, travelling, and employing were high level. Prevention behavior of Covid-19 was estimated high level. The factors related to covid -19 disease prevention behavior were studying, occupation, stress, food consumption, exercise, studying, transportation, travelling, and employing as significant at .05.
