Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the factors that related to learning achievement in maternity-newborn nursing and midwifery practicum of nursing students at faculty of nursing, Suratthani Rajabhat University. The research instruments were the general questionnaire and questionnaire on factors affecting online learning achievement in maternity-newborn nursing and midwifery practicum of nursing students at faculty of nursing, Suratthani Rajabhat university. Descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation coefficient analysis were used to analyze the data. The finding showed that instructor factors had a significantly correlation with online learning achievement in maternity-newborn nursing and midwifery practicum of nursing students at faculty of nursing (r = .17, p < .05). Student, family, friends, teaching media and environmental factors were no relationship with online learning achievement of students at faculty of Nursing. As a result, the data should be used as a guideline to improve the teaching and learning management of online nursing courses in order to make them more effective.
