dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were 1) to study the problems and needs of the organization in the management of the parcels of the parcel workers. Faculty of Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 4 areas: procurement of supplies Control and distribution of parcels maintenance and the distribution of parcels 2) to study the guidelines for the development of parcel management of the parcel workers Faculty of Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The sample group in the research was Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. Inferential statistics were used to analyze the relationship of variables in various fields. The statistics used in the research were Independent t-Test, One Way ANOVA. and using statistics for checking pairs of statistics using formulas based on the Fisher's Least – Significant Difference (LSD) method. The results of the study revealed that 1) problems and needs of the organization in the development of supplies management. Faculty of Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon procurement of supplies chief supplies officer and the procurement officers have knowledge and understanding of the responsible operations with clarity, transparency, speedy, and timely use. The procurement process is followed by regulations at every step. meet the intended purpose Control and distribution of parcels head of supplies and parcel staff to advise on the matters of control and distribution of parcels. There is an annual inspection of parcels in accordance with the specified regulations. complete and correct according to the regulations Procurement Act B. E. 2560 A record of the history of the equipment is prepared for the benefit of use and maintenance. And parcel staff have a record of keeping parcels effective and can be used at all times. Sales of supplies Defective parcels are sold in accordance with the regulations. Procurement officers have the knowledge and understanding of the process of distributing parcels correctly. 2) Guidelines for developing parcel management. Faculty of Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Overall, it's at a high level. A procurement/ procurement form manual has been prepared. and related documents for personnel in the Faculty to operate in the same direction Materials/warehouses are kept up-to-date in accounting or registration. There is a clear timeline for disbursement. Repair history is recorded. There is a plan for the maintenance of supplies/warehouses to be available at all times.en_US
