Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to compare students’ science learning achievement before and after using inquiry based learning (5Es) through Google classroom with Kahoot, and 2) to compare students’ analytical thinking skills before and after implementation of learning activities. The research participants were 106 seventh grade students from 3 classrooms by the purposive sampling method at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University in the academic year 2021. The research instruments consisted of 1) science lesson plans of Atmosphere using inquiry based learning (5Es) through Google classroom with Kahoot, 2) a science learning achievement test of Atmosphere, and 3) an analytical thinking skills test. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, percentage and paired sample t-test. The results of this research were as follows: 1) the students’ science learning achievement in the topic of Atmosphere after using inquiry based learning (5Es) through Google classroom with Kahoot was higher than that before learning at the significant level of .05, and 2) the students’ analytical thinking skills after using the learning was higher than that before learning at the significant level .05.
