Abstract: This research objectives were to 1) study the level of organizational commitment of employees of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. 2) to study the factors affecting employee commitment of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. This study used quantitative research. The research sample was 129 employees of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. derived by proportion stratified random sampling as distributed by department. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed with mean (􀂚􀴤), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test statistic and One-way ANOVA. The results was found that. 1. The overall level of organizational commitment of employees of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. most of them were at a high level. 2. The level of organizational commitment of the employees of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. was at the highest level consist of the strong desire to maintain organizational membership. 3. The level of organizational commitment of employees of􀀃Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. was at a high level consist of loyalty to the organization. Honesty. pride in being part of the organization. sacrifice for the organization, dedication to performance. relationship with supervisors and colleagues, satisfaction with the work environment. feeling that the organization is a refuge, progress in work, strong confidence and acceptance of the organization's values goals. willingness to make great efforts for the benefit of the organization. 4. The level of organizational commitment of employees of Omnoi Vichaivej International Hospital. was at a moderate level consist of feeling that they were important to the organization. 5. The employees with different age, status, job function and challenging job characteristics had different to level of loyalty. 6. The employees with different age, status and job function had different to level of honesty. 7. The employees with different age had different to level of pride in being a part organization. 2336
