Abstract: The objectives of this research were to study 1) factors affecting the efficiency of communication in the organization of the Office of the President Bunditpatanasilpa Institute 2) Guidelines for improving the efficiency of communication in the organization of the Office of the President Bunditpatanasilpa Institute survey research. The research tools were questionnaires, data collection with a sample group of personnel of the Office of the President Bunditpatanasilpa Institute, of 189 people using random and random sampling method, 128 people were data were analyzed by using statistical package. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Factors affecting the efficiency of communication in the organization of the Office of the President Bunditpatanasilpa Institute in overall and each factor is at a high level. Each factor can be considered as follows: 1. The communication skill factor of the audience that affects the communication efficiency The mean value is 4.20. 2. The communication skill factor of messengers affecting communication efficiency. The mean was 4.12 and 3. The perception and understanding of the type of news was effective. The mean was 3.87, respectively. 2) Guidelines for improving the efficiency of communication in the organization of the Office of the President Bunditpatanasilpa Institute: 1. Building a communication system for the Office of the President. Bunditpatanasilpa Institute to be effective, such as websites, electronic systems electronic mail, line and facebook. 2. Creating a pattern content method and adjust the channel accordingly in line with the needs of target groups at all levels Continuous evaluation of communication performance; and 3. Continuous development of communication personnel by defining courses such as social media courses news writing course good content creation Effective corporate communication course
