Abstract: | Pregnant women and their fetuses are at risk from coronavirus 2019 ( COVID-19) . However, there is no empirical evidence about Thai pregnant women’s Social Support, Resilience and Coping among pregnant women on The Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). This study aimed to examine the relationship between Social Support, Resilience and Coping among pregnant women on The Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) among pregnant women. The instruments of this study included: (1) The demographic data questionnaire (2) The Social Support in Pregnancy Scale (3) The Resilience in pregnancy Scale (4) The Coping in Pregnancy Scale. The participants included 127 pregnant women at Surat Thani province, Using online questionnaires via google forms. during February 7th, to February 28th 2021 Participants were recruited using convenience sampling. The results showed that the average social support score was 9 9 . 0 2 (S.D.= 14.16). This indicated a very high level of social support on 5 levels of very low, low, moderate, high and very high. The average Resilience score was 40.80 (S.D.= 6.38) This indicated a very high level of resilience on 5 levels of very low, low, moderate, high and very high. The average score on coping was 88.66 (S.D. = 7.98). This score also indicated a high level of coping based on 5 levels similar to the social support test and resilience test. Based on Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, social support and resilience, was significantly correlated with coping (r = .617, p < .001 and r = .503 p < .001) |
