dc.description.abstractThe􀀃objectives of this research were 1) to synthesis the conceptual framework of blended learning management via project-based learning to enhance the 21st century skills.􀀃 2) to evaluate a synthesis the conceptual framework of blended learning management via project-based learning to enhance the 21st century skills. The target group include 5 experts in computer education, the research tools were 1) related documents and research 2) assessment form for a synthesis the conceptual framework of blended learning management via project-based learning to enhance the 21st century skills. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) synthesis the conceptual framework of blended learning management via project-based learning to enhance the 21st century skills consists of 2 components, 5 steps: component 1 online learning of blended learning management (1) define the problem (2) design (3) analyze and collect data, Component 2 offline learning of blended learning management (4) Evaluate and(5) Present and summarize the results for discussion. 2 ) The results of the assessment of the suitability of the concept of blended learning management combined via project-based learning to enhance the 21st century skills found that the most of them were suitable at (x = 4.49 , S.D. = 0.44).en_US
