Abstract: The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop e-Learning on Create Animation Using Scratch with project-based learning for Prathomsuksa 6 students of Thesaban 1 Songpholwittaya school, 2) to evaluate the appropriateness of the learning management plan, and 3) to evaluate quality of content and production techniques of􀀃e-Learning on Create Animation Using Scratch with project-based learning for Prathomsuksa 6 students of Thesaban 1 Songpholwittaya school. The sample group was 5 experts in subject content and 5 experts in educational technology. The purposive sampling method was used. The research instruments included: 1) e-Learning on Create Animation Using Scratch with project-based learning for Prathomsuksa 6 students of Thesaban 1 Songpholwittaya school, 2) learning management plan, 3) evaluation form for the appropriateness of the learning management plan, and 4) evaluation form for the quality of content and production techniques. Data were analyzed using mean (􀝔􀒧) and standard deviation (S.D.). The results revealed that: 1) e-Learning on Create Animation Using Scratch with project-based learning for Prathomsuksa 6 students of Thesaban 1 Songpholwittaya school consisted of three parts: 1.1) Scratch, 1.2) Scratch Programming Principles, and 1.3) Create Animation Using Scratch, 2) the experts agreed on the appropriateness of the learning management plan at highest level (x = 4.68, S.D.= 0.47), and 3) the experts agreed on the e-Learning quality of content at highest level (x = 4.76, S.D.= 0.43) and the e-Learning quality of production techniques at highest level (x = 4.71, S.D.= 0.46).
