Abstract: The purposes of the research were to 1) develop and find the quality of online cartoon lesson in data structure and database management subjects cooperate with questioning method, 2) find the efficiency of online cartoon lesson in data structure and database management subjects cooperate with questioning method according to Meguigans’s criteria, 3) compare learning achievement before and after studied with online cartoon lesson cooperate with questioning method, and 4) study the satisfaction of students on studied with online cartoon lesson cooperate with questioning method. The sample group consisted of 44 students in the 1st of computer education major at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The tools used in this research were the learning plans, the online cartoon lesson, the pretest/post-test, the exercise, the content assessment form, the technique and methodology assessment form, and the satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test. The research findings showed that 1) the online cartoon lesson in data structure and database management subjects cooperate with questioning method had 2 chapters, the quality of the content, and the quality of the technique and methodology were at the highest level, 2) the online cartoon lesson had an efficiency value 1.48 according to the criteria of Meguigans, 3) the learning achievement of students after studied with online cartoon lesson cooperate with questioning method was higher than before studied with the statistical significance level at .05, and 4) the students’ satisfaction on studied with online cartoon lesson cooperate with questioning method was at a high level.
