dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were 1) to development of computer-assisted instruction cooperate with self-directed learning in Technology (Computing Science) for grade 4 students, 2) to evaluate the quality of the content of the computer-assisted instruction cooperate with self-directed learning in Technology (Computing Science) , and 3) to evaluate the quality of the technique and method of the computer-assisted instruction cooperate with self-directed learning in Technology (Computing Science). The target groups were 5 experts of the content, and 5 experts of the technique and methodology, selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used in this research were the lesson plan, the computer-assisted instruction, the content quality assessment form, and the technique and methodology assessment form. The statistics used in this research were mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that 1) the computer-assisted instruction cooperate with selfdirected learning in Technology (Computing Science) for grade 4 students consisted of 3 lessons: algorithm for solving, simple programing with Scratch and using internet, 2) the computer-assisted instruction cooperate with self-directed learning in Technology (Computing Science) had the quality of the content at the highest level (x = 4.58, S.D. = 0.05), and 3) the computer-assisted instruction cooperate with selfdirected learning in Technology (Computing Science) had the quality of the technique and methodology at the highest level ( x= 4.59, S.D. = 0.09). The research results revealed that the CAI with self-directed learning could be used to teach Technology (Computing Science) and other subject to enhance learning achievement, and students’ skill in self-directed learning.en_US
