dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study were to: 1 ) develop a customer service application for SriKrungbroker Co., Ltd., Nakhon Pathom Branch (In's Car); 2 ) determine the effectiveness of using the customer service application for Srikrungbroker Co., Ltd., Nakhon Pathom Branch (In's Car); and 3 ) study the satisfaction of users of the customer service application for Srikrungbroker Co., Ltd., Nakhon Pathom Branch (In's Car). The sample used to evaluate the use of the application was 4 7 people using the services of Srikrungbroker Co., Ltd., Nakhon Pathom Branch. The research tools included the study of car insurance data, accident and claim notification, as well as interviews with people involved in car insurance. The statistics used to analyze the data were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The tools used to develop the service application included Visual Studio Code and Kodular application. The results showed that the overall quality assessment of the customer service application for Srikrungbroker Co., Ltd., Nakhon Pathom Branch (In's Car) examined by experts was at a high level (X= 4.22, SD = 0.65) and the users also expressed a high level of overall satisfaction with the application ( X= 4.17, SD = 0.46). The application users were provided with comprehensive and useful information about insurance. In addition, the application could display the initial customer insurance policy to the customers.en_US
