Abstract: This study was cross-sectional descriptive study. The objectives of this research were to study the personal generalization factors, work factor, health factor and to study the fatigue among cha-om farmers in Wang TaKu sub-district, Mueang District, Nakhon Pathom Province in 174 people collected information by using questionnaires and statistics using the Pearson correlation coefficient method. The results of the study showed majority of the sample were female, accounting for 65.9% average age 59.17 years. Have a normal body mass index of 40.5%. Most of them had an average of 28.06 years of work experience. Average working length is 4.43 hours per day. The part of the body that has a degree of aching pain that requires the most medication is the knee, followed by the shoulder, upper back and lower back 15.1%, 9.5%, 8.7% and 8.7% respectively. The personal generalization factors such as age and daily routine correlated with fatigue area hips or thighs and knees, also found that the working factors such as work experience, age of cha-om, cha-om plantation area, frequency of cha-om cutting, working time, break, the length of time it takes to stop at each cutting, cha-om cutting, cha-om stay correlated with fatigue area neck, upper back, upper arms, lower arms, hips or thighs, knees, calves, and feet. Health factors that affect fatigue area shoulders, upper back, hips or thighs, calves, and feet such as congenital disease, smoking behavior and drinking was significantly associated with fatigue in the shoulders, upper back, hips or thighs, calves and feet was related to education significantly values (p=0.05)
