dc.description.abstractThis research is to promote knowledge, innovation, exercise of the elderly group, local wisdom, it is action research with participatory. The target audience is 30 elderly club members and 18 community leaders, totaling 48 people. The tools used in this research include observational field recording, in-depth interviews. focus group learning activities together. Analyze qualitative data through content analysis. The results of the research revealed that the Pak Nam sub-district community has identity, wisdom and the main tourist attraction is the sugar village People in the community took part in the sugar survey and developed it as an innovation in exercise for the elderly. By promoting the knowledge of the benefits of sugar loosening the strands to apply community resources and wisdom in accordance with the community way of promoting sustainable health.en_US
