dc.description.abstractThis research is a Descriptive research aims to study of stress levels of health workers officials of Surat Thani Municipality. The questionnaire consists of 2 parts: Personal Factors and stress levels of employees, Data analysis statistical package computer program. The results of the research were as follows: Most of the health workers, 76.9 percent, were female, aged 46.26± 13.75 years, and most have a low level of stress. Representing 69.2 percent. Occasionally suffer from insomnia or excessive sleep (58.8 percent) and decreased concentration of attention (46.2 percent), very little Irritability / nervousness / agitation (46.2 percent), feeling bored sometimes (57.7 percent), they do not want to meet people with very little (57.7 percent). The results of this research can be used as a guideline for managing stress among health workers.en_US
