Abstract: This artidle aims to 1) development of mechanisms for the elderly wisdom teacher through the school mechanism for the elderly, Don Ruak Sub-district, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. through the school mechanism for the elderly, Don Ruak Sub-district, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The issue of success is "the elderly can pass on their wisdom to benefit the community and society". Development of elderly wisdom teacher transferring model through the school for the elderly, Don Ruak Sub-district, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province caused by an important process in creating a working group working with participation and clearly divided roles and results of teacher wisdom teacher penformance of the elderly through the school mechanism for the elderly, Don Ruak Sub-district, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. It arises from the perception of a ladder of results shared between working groups. Target group and network partners setting goals designing and adapting activities in accordance with the community context. By bringing various resources to exchange with each other Including continuous analysis and evaluation of the outcome indicators.
