Abstract: This article presenting the process of transcribing the lesson together with the project working group to empower the development of cooperative projects. The objective of this article is to present food safety management and the achievements and results from the operation of food safety management of Huay Tako school. When considering the operation throughout the project, it can be concluded that 1. Development and mechanism for food management of Huay Tako school caused by participation process among activities to search and Household Lab Model developing of three meal of food safety. Searching and linking of farmers. Driving and monitoring the results continuously from food safety management of Household Lab Model by visiting the area to see how to grow organic vegetables that are grown for their own consumption. It can be shared leaming space between home, school, and parents. 2. The achievements and results of operations of the development pattern of development of food safety management of Huay Tako school. Conclude that the result from the driving task by prioritising results ladder result set and measure results arising from a defined indicators.
