As one of government agencies under the supervision of Ministry of Justice, the Department of Corrections has integrated the policies of the government and Ministry of Justice to formulate its own concrete methods and measures under the strategic framework for enhancing good governance-based correctional practices. The management of the Department of Corrections has formulated the "3 Sor. 7 Kor." Policy as the fundamental framework for internal civil servants’ work practices along with the guidelines according to Correction Act, B.E. 2560, which was re-enacted to meet the dynamic situation. The policy of the Department of Corrections reflects the clear intention to prevent and solve the problems of civil servants’ idea deviation from the social norms, leading to the paradigm shift towards a direction that is consistent with the Rule of Law Principle and the Rule of Law.en_US
