dc.description.abstractIn the present social welfare is very crucial in each area in order to provide social welfare equally. The researcher studied Social Welfare Management of Thammasala Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhon Pathom. The objectives of this research were to studied the social welfare administrative of Thammasala Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhon Pathom and to studied the ways in social welfare administrative of Thammasala Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhon Pathom. The population of this research was 20 people in in-dept interview and 8-10 staffs on focus groups discussion. This research found that 1) educational welfare: the organization supported basic education, location, materials, educational material, the staffs of schools for excellence academic. Moreover, it supported the food project for the students and gave the scholarship for poor students 2) health welfare: it supported the staffs development, village health volunteers to know about healthy. 3) housing welfare: the people do not have a house, the government helped them to have housing. 4) the quality of local people: the local people improved the quality of life. The people have good quality of life.en_US
