dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research are: 1. To study the transformational leadership characteristics in the Thailand 4.0 era of the village headman of Sawangha district, AngThong province. 2. To Study the leadership characteristics of the Thailand 4.0 era of the village headmen of Sawangha District, AngThong Province, and 3. To Propose guidelines for transformational leadership development. In the era of Thailand 4.0 of the village headman of Sawangha District, AngThong Province The sample group used in this research was 8,579 people in Sawangha Sub-district, Sawangha District, a sample population of 382 people and 10 key informants. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, Mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The transformational leadership characteristics of the village headman of Sawangha District, AngThong Province. Overall was at a moderate level. Guidelines for the development of transformational leadership in Thailand 4.0 era of the village headman of Sawangha District, Ang Thong Province Must develop leadership in all aspects of work that is There should be a broad vision in which to develop the village. Set clear development goals Each year will develop in any areas according to reality.
