Abstract: This study on internal communication patterns affecting the performance of employees of JKN Channel Co., Ltd. aims to study 1. Problems and obstacles in communication within the organization that affect working efficiency of employees in JKN Channel Co., Ltd. 2. Factors of communication within the organization that affect the efficiency of work in employees of JKN Channel Co., Ltd. 3. Internal communication styles that affect the efficiency of employees in JKN Channel Co., Ltd. The researcher used qualitative research by using in-depth interviews with 10 employees in JKN Channel Co., Ltd. The results of the study was found that 1. Problems and obstacles in communication within the organization that affect the efficiency of the employees of JKN Channel Co., Ltd. include the level of knowledge, understanding of the job, unequal, silence, no feedback. communication channel and too much information 2. Factors in communication within the organization that affect the work efficiency of employees of JKN Channel Co., Ltd., such as attitude, inequality in terms of obtaining various privileges; and the blocking of communication; and 3. Internal communication styles that affect the efficiency of employees in JKN Channel Co., Ltd. include internal communication in the form of communication from top to bottom communication, from the bottom up, from horizontal communication and communication within the organization formal and informal and it should have modern applications not attached to the old style, comfortable, easy to access, easy to use, unique in the organization such as the perception of news expressing opinions, showing up, reporting to work directly to the management by adhering to the format of only one appropriate communication channel to avoid confusion in communication. Suggestions There should be applications that are modern, not attached to the old style, comfortable, easy to access, easy to use that are specific to the organization. in acknowledging the news Expressing opinions in showing up and reporting to work directly to the management. Stick to the only appropriate communication channel format. to avoid confusion
