Abstract: This study aims 1) to develop the telemedicine system for chronic orofacial pain and oral medicine during the pandemic of COVID-19 2) to study the effectiveness of the telemedicine system 3) to study patient’s satisfaction of the telemedicine. The study was quantitative research, used the work process record form and questionnaire as the research tools. The samples were selected with subjective sampling, consisted of 206 patients of chronic orofacial pain and oral medicine clinic. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, including; frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that according to 206 patients were considered prescribing home medication 179 persons, and were 162 females. Most of them have government officer’s welfare, as 86 persons. The samples were under the treatment on Orofacial pain as 121 persons, and on oral medicine as 85 persons. The patient’s satisfactions were highest satisfied for 96.65 percent. The study indicated that the telemedicine was effective in increasing patients care channel, reducing overcrowding of hospital’s patients, decreasing the risk of COVID-19 infection, and promoting patient’s compliance that supports new normal way.
