dc.description.abstract	Thailand has a large population of people working in agriculture sector. There are many agricultural products released to the market. These agricultural products have been processed into food. Thailand is known as the kitchen of the world. Traceability system is an important tool in ensuring food safety and including agricultural raw materials. In this article, we will present a comprehensive literature review of new knowledge and technology of traceability system is the adoption of QR code, RFID or blockchain technology in the traceability process. These new techniques and concepts provide new opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and compatibility of the present traceability systems.	en_US
