dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research are to study 1) the relationship among constructive organizational culture, human resource management and work efficiency, and 2) constructive organizational culture and human resource management affecting to work efficiency of employees in a saeasoning manufacturing company in Samutsakhon. The sample is 185 employees in saeasoning manufacturing company in Samutsakhon. The data is analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results are showed as following; 1) Work efficiency has relation with constructive organizational culture, human resource management with statistical significance level of .01, and 2) Constructive organizational culture and human resource management affect to work efficiency with statistical significance level of .01. Predictive power is for 63.7 %.en_US
