Abstract: | This research aimed to study the behavior of decision-making to use the food delivery service via mobile application during COVID - 19 pandemic among nursing students as a survey research. Instruments consisted of the demographic questionnaire, decision questionnaire to use food delivery service via mobile application and a questionnaire on the behavior of decision-making to use food delivery service via mobile application with the reliability of 0.86. The sample consisted of 206 1st - 4th year nursing students, Surat Thani Rajabhat University. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The results showed that most of the samples were female, aged between 18-23, and the majority had a BMI between 18.5-22.99. kg/m2 and have an average monthly income of less than 5,000 baht. Most of them order food between 12.00-16.00 and the top 3 most frequently used applications are Food Panda, followed by 7-Delivery and Grab food respectively. The behavior of decision-making to use the food delivery service via mobile application when considering all four factors, it was found that the sample group put the most importance on the process factor at the high level ( = 4 . 1 4 , S.D. = 0 . 70) , followed by environmental factor at high level ( = 4 . 05, S.D. = 0 . 84) , physical factor at high level ( = 4.03, S.D. = 0.68), and finally, order factor at medium level ( = 3.35, S.D. = 1.07) |
