Abstract: The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to develop the online lesson on basic programming using the problem-based learning for grade 7 students at Municipality School 3 (Sakratiam), 2) to find the quality of the online lessons on basic programming using the problem -based learning, and 3) to find the quality of the media production technique of the online lessons on basic programming using the problem-based learning. The sample groups in this research were the experts in content and technique online lessons each of 5 persons selected by a purposive sampling method. The tools used in this research were the online lessons, the content of quality assessment form, and the media production techniques assessment form. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation. The results of the research showed that the development of online lessons on basic programming using problem-based learning for grade 7 students at municipality school 3 (Sakratiam) had the quality of the content at the highest level (􀂚􀴤 = 4.52, SD = 0.50) and the quality of technique had the suitability level at the highest level (􀂚􀴤􀀃= 4.59, SD = 0.50)
