Appling Scrum Method for Learning and Teaching in Cooperative Education Preparation Course

Abstract

This research aimed to apply scrum method for learning and teaching activity. The sample kroup was 46 students who studied the Cooperative Education Preparation course. The method of data collection were collaborative learning group activity, scrum framework and questionnaire. The instruments used in this study were electronic document, assignment and students' satisfaction questionnaire. The key performance indicators in this paper included activity, the accuracy of work, usability of each task and the complete document. The data obtained by a questionnaire was analyzed by statistics method with mean and standard deviation. The result of this research show that 1) scrum activity include 3 components: scrum meeting, backlog task and sprint phase and 2) the sample groups were satisfied with applying scrum process for learning and teaching activity at the high level and the mean score was 4.12 and the standard deviation was 0.74.

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกตัวิธีสกรัมสำหรับกำหนดกิจกรรมในการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตที่ ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาเตรียมความพร้อมสหกิจศึกษา จำนวน 46 คน วีธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ การทำกิจกรรมการ เรียนรู้ร่วมกัน กรอบการทำงานแบบสกรัม และแบบสอบถาม ส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ เอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบฝึกหัด และ แบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจขอผู้เรียน ตัวชี้วัดที่ใช้ คือ กิจกรรม ความถูกต้องของงาน ความสามารถการนำไปใช้ได้ของ งานและความสมบูรณ์ของเอกสาร ทำการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเปียงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การทำกิจกรรมแบบสกรัม ประกอบด้วย 3 ลักษณะ คือ การประชุม งานที่ต้องทำ และสปริน และ 2) ผลการประเมินการ ยอมรับในการทำกิจกรรมของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความพึ่งพอใจต่อวิธีการเรียนการสอนในระดับยอมรับมากได้ค่าเฉลี่ย 412 และ คำเปี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.74
