The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of environmental management in Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani-Chumphon, and 2) to study guidelines for developing environmental management in the school. The population consisted of 93 teachers at Sawiwittaya School in the 2025 academic year. The key informants for the interviews were 3 school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani-Chumphon. The research instruments included a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.863, and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The study revealed that 1) the overall implementation of environmental management in Sawiwittaya School was at a high level. When considered by aspect, student activities had the highest mean score, followed by student services, while educational management to meet student expectations had the lowest mean score. 2) The guidelines for developing environmental management, derived from the key informant interviews, provided 43approaches. For example, school administrators should focus on developing the physical environment into safe, green learning spaces. This should be integrated with a flexible Active Learning curriculum combined with image memory techniques to enhance learning efficiency. Furthermore, the school should establish a proactive, family-like student support system and collaborative networks with the community to prepare students for the future society.en_US
