| Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators at Suansriwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon, and 2) to propose guidelines for developing the creative leadership of school administrators at Suansriwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon. The study encompassed five aspects: vision, individualized consideration, flexibility and adaptability, creativity, and teamwork. The research population consisted of 135 teachers from Suansriwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon in the academic year 2025. The research instruments were a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .989 and a semi-structured interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that The overall creative leadership of school administrators at Suansriwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon was at a high level across all five domains. When considering each domain individually, vision had the highest mean score, followed by individualized consideration, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability, while creativity had the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for creative leadership, it was found that school administrators should systematically analyze trends and forecast changes by utilizing historical data, current information, and relevant factors to determine appropriate directions for school development. Importance should be given to the individual differences of personnel, providing opportunities for them to express their opinions freely. This approach fosters trust and psychological safety in the workplace. Furthermore, administrators should actively listen to stakeholders' feedback to analyze problems, establish development guidelines, and build a shared understanding of organizational goals and directions to drive the institution effectively. |
