Abstract: This research aimed to: (1) investigate the school environment management of Saard Phaderm Wittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani–Chumphon; and (2) develop guidelines for school environment management at Saard Phaderm Wittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani–Chumphon. The population consisted of 115 administrators and teachers in the 2025 academic year. The research instruments were a five-point rating scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the overall school environmental management in all 6 aspects was at a high level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was found in student activities, followed by physical environment, educational provision to meet students’ aspirations, instructional environment management, and peer social environment, respectively, while student services had the lowest mean. Regarding the administrative guidelines, it was found that school administrators implemented a systematic and participatory approach by developing physical facilities and learning resources to support learning, promoting student-centered instruction and the use of technology, enhancing student support and guidance systems, encouraging flexible curricula and 21st-century skills, organizing practice-based student activities, and fostering positive peer relationships. These efforts contributed to improving student quality and creating a sustainable learning-conducive environment
