| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to: (1) To examine the level of organizational culture management at Saard Phaderm Wittaya School under the Suratthani Chumphon Secondary Educational Service Area Office; and (2) To identify guidelines for organizational culture management at Saard Phaderm Wittaya School under the Suratthani Chumphon Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The population comprised 115 school administrators and teachers of Saard Phaderm Wittaya School during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments consisted of a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s alpha) of .983, together with a semi-structured interview. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis. The findings indicated that the overall level of organizational culture management was at the highest level across all six dimensions. Among these dimensions, organizational characteristics obtained the highest mean score, followed by organizational leadership, strategic emphasis, criteria of success, and empowerment, whereas personnel management recorded the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for organizational culture management, the findings revealed that school administrators should strategically embed organizational culture into all aspects of school management by aligning the school’s identity and vision with its development plans and operational practices. Organizational culture should be continuously cultivated through both tangible and intangible practices, supported by exemplary leadership and positive reinforcement. Furthermore, administrators should foster participation, collaboration, and teamwork to strengthen organizational commitment and encourage continuous professional improvement. The effective management of organizational culture relies on the integration of strategic direction, systematic implementation, and strong leadership. These interrelated elements constitute the foundation for sustainable organizational development and long-term educational excellence. | en_US |
