Abstract: The purpose of this research were 1)To study the implementation of internal quality assurance of Anubanmueangchumphonwatsubannimit School under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2)To study guidelines for the implementation of internal quality assurance of Anubanmueangchumphonwatsubannimit School under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population comprised 104 teachers in the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, with an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) index of 1.00 and overall reliability coefficient of .73 and semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed 1)That the overall level of internal supervision practices across all six aspects was at a high level. When considered by aspect, the highest mean was found in Evaluation and educational quality monitoring of internal institutions, followed by defining the educational standards of institutions, monitoring and follow-up for continuous school improvement in accordance with educational standards, Self - Assessment Report, and preparation for development plans of educational management. Operating on development plans of educational management had the lowest mean score. 2)The guidelines for internal quality assurance in educational institutions indicate that administrators should clearly define the institution’s vision and goals, and establish a systematic framework for budget allocation and performance analysis to ensure coherent implementation. In addition, appropriate evaluation approaches aligned with the institutional context should be developed. Continuous professional development for personnel should be planned, along with a clear operational plan and timeline for the preparation of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR).
