| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research were 1)To study the implementation of internal quality assurance of Wat prasat nikhon School Under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Chumphon 2. 2)To study guidelines for the implementation of internal quality assurance of Wat prasat nikhon School Under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Chumphon 2. The population comprised 55 teachers in the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included a five-point rating scale questionnaire with an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) index of 1.00 Likert scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.79 and a semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed 1)That the overall level of internal supervision practices across all six aspects was at a high level. When considered by aspect, the highest mean was found in defining educational standards, followed by evaluation and educational quality assessment, the preparation of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR), monitoring of operational performance, and the development of educational management plans. The implementation of educational management development plans had the lowest mean score. 2)The guidelines for internal quality assurance in educational institutions indicated that the school utilizes empirical data to analyze strengths and areas for improvement, formulates evaluation plans aligned with educational standards, the curriculum, and institutional goals, and systematically prepares the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) with clear structures and processes. In addition, the school promotes the active participation of teachers and personnel in internal quality assurance practices and uses the results of operations to continuously improve the annual action plan. | en_US |
