| dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this research were to study the guidelines for school internal supervision of Anuban Mueang Chumphon Wat Suban Nimit School under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The study framework consisted of five aspects: Direct assistance, Professional development, Group development, Curriculum development, and Action research. The population comprised 104 teachers in the 2025 academic year. The research instruments were a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) index of 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .77, and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the overall level of internal supervision practices across all five aspects was at a high level. When considered by aspect, the highest mean was found in Direct assistance, followed by Curriculum development, Action research, and Group development. Professional development had the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for internal supervision, it was found that school administrators emphasized participatory management by encouraging teachers to share ideas and provide suggestions for improving instructional practices. Continuous professional development was supported to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Collaborative teamwork among teachers and staff was promoted to improve operational efficiency. The evaluation of the school curriculum was considered essential for effective instruction, and the dissemination of teachers’ research was recognized as a key factor in improving the quality of teaching and learning. | en_US |
